We will be following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Health and Human Services requirements as a minimum standard.

​Tiny Tree COVID - 19 protocol incorporates Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Texas Department of Health and Human Services' guidelines.
The following is a list of Tiny Tree COVID - 19 policy.

6 to 1 Student to Teacher Ratio

Drop off and Pick Up outside of building

Daily screening (including taking temperatures) upon arrival. Entry will be denied for anyone who meets ANY of the following criteria:

a temperature of 100.4 or above​

signs or symptoms of respiratory illness (cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, low grade fever)
-
had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
-
under investigation for COVID-19 or is ill with a respiratory illness
-
in the last 14 days if anyone is family has travelled to areas with widespread community transmission

Loss of smell or taste

Encouraging social distancing in indoor and outdoor classroom settings​ (using outdoor spaces as much as possible)

Washing hands (frequently) with soap and water (hand sanitizer as backup)

Covering coughs and sneezes
-
Avoid touching face
-
Frequently Cleaning/disinfecting surfaces (door knobs, handles, bathrooms, tables etc.)

Water bottles sent home daily for cleaning

Nap blankets kept separate and sent home weekly for cleaning

Social distancing while eating (eating outside if weather permits)
-
Encourage face coverings when distancing is impractical and in mixed settings/company
-
Require face coverings for any visitor.
